@lucas911611 You also need to realize the beginning of the video is on an unsupported cut-away model, to show above & below the subfloor at the same time. It's not the real floor. Just a display. An entire joist has been omitted to display the entire drain system.

We have been selling this system in our showroom for years and have never had a problem. As usual the job is only as good as the person doing it.

i would put double board on top, as it seems the board moves up/down during pressure and it might cause the tiles to crack
