Just went to the christianspotlight website and saw their review of Rise of the planet of the apes, and I was expecting them to classify it as being bad on the basis of the evolutionary context of the film. But they just gave it average moral rating...but benjamin button and Marley and Me OFFENSIVE to Christians...wha?
~Well then I'd better not go see Marley and Me since it's so offensive~
Fucking really? I mean really? Than why the fuck don't I hear Christians complaining about Harry Potter? Dumbledore's gay and I never hear this stupid shit! Does any one else?
I read 'IT' 5 times! WHen I do, I picture camera angles, music during scenes of tension. I even replace all the characters with actual movies stars I know, and imagine the voices for the dialogue. I basically play out a book in my mind like a real movie does.
That's why I strongly recommend this book (my favourite next to IT). It's called STINGER by Rober R. McCammon. It has perfect pace for a visual read. And an excellent story believe me.
on the taxes thing, i like the old cartoons, my brother watches boomerang, that blue dog had a cartoon episode where he was a "masked avenger", basically robin hood type person, in the middle ages type, he overthrew the king and said "well now i'll build your roads and your hospitals and you can like a lot better" and everyones cheering "but of course this will cost money, you'll have to pay taxes" and they overthrew him! as he ran out he said "people react funny to th word taxes"
In Simcity, it's best to build slow, and let your city expand evenly. When starting a new city, you can raise the taxes up to 9-10 points or so, then lower them as your city grows. Also, it's very important to become familiar with the IRC bar, and how it works. Simcity is a very tedious game, and not really recommended for anybody that has A.D.D.
