An employer could hire an AA male with a degree for virtually the same rate as a less-qualified white male for the same amount. @USA4July1776 "I hope our Republic can make it until November '12". I hope there is a decent, electable Rep/Conservative candidate by Nov '12. One thing I can say that the dems did well in 07/08, is run a good campaign. At least they should have with the 'community organizer' in chief in charge...if a professional community organizer couldn't run a good campaign, then he would have been a TOTAL looser.
