If you hold all four fingers on the inside of the rim, you will get more power on your backhand. Your "long" throws will work...

As an ultimate player myself, yes, like football, short passes have a higher chance of being completed and keep the stall count going. But huck plays are much more fun!

If I were you, I'd change my grips for the forehands and back hands. If you curl your fingers around the rim on your back hand, you'll get more rotation on the disc. As for the forehand, don't curl your middle finger like that. Put both your index finger and your middle finger on the inside of the rim--it will help give you more rotation. Just some suggestions! Nice video!
