@TheMasterSurvival The blue arrows indicate the party your specifically are playing with, like your friends and your guest. If you were in a party with 4 other guys and started a match together you would see them on the map as blue arrows.

@joshajbug Black Ops was actually the first call of duty to feature two player split screen online so yes you can man, no worries. Even better, you can also do that while playing zombies!!!

@quitter97 just start off at the main menu on multiplayer, wheter it's on ps3 or xbox. Power on your second control and it will say press X or A to join. Once that is done, you choose a profile for your second player and after selecting, the two of you can play online splitscreen.

@FINCK28 The second guy can play as a guest as long as he's a guest under the main account as seen in the video. You cannot have two different Xbox Live accounts and play splitscreen if one of them does not have membership status.
