Oh BTW, did you force Fraps into 60FPS? If you record at 30 FPS Fraps forces the game in 30 FPS, so maybe it's just that you need to adjust the framerate!
@Nintendo64Movies Not gonna bother. I have a few videos that I still need to upload, but right now I'm in 3x1 portrait and there's no point in making videos in this format... well, I guess I could run at 1920x400 and catch the video from that.

@Nintendo64Movies That's exactly what it is, actually. FRAPS did 30fps by default instead of 60.
