@wigama100 tough question because we don't really know if Sadhguru himself is enlightened or not. If we assume that all that is said is true then his wife Viji may be enlightened as she is supposed to have attained Mahasamadhi. I think that means the moment of her enlightenment was the same as her moment of leaving the body.

But in all honesty I don't think anyone can say with any real authority as to whether anyone else is enlightened or not.! X-D
