The choice of the soundtrack for this film is off base with the content of the film. (I'd guess that the soundtrack was originally from a cops and robbers comedy - maybe even a classic Keystone Cops short.)
Can you give any info on this? What is the title? When was it made? How is it "lost" and yet, uh, here? (once lost, or thought to be lost?) Also the soundtrack doesn't seem to fit the film, and has incongruous sounds. Interesting, anyway.

I just came upon this clip by chance. It is listed on imdb as The Grate Impeeryul Sirkus but there is no mention of its being a lost film.
