It comes with practice man, I played so hard one week before a show my fingers would bleed when playing and I had to do a show using my 2nd and 3rd finger (my pinky can't play anything aside from the E and A string) and I was shocked I had the mobility to do it.

Just practice, and when it comes to easy stuff you know like the back of your hand use your other fingers. After a while you'll develop the non-main fingers.
