pretty simple, put your front foot a little lower, stop wearing converse, although they are nice shoes, they aren't the grippiest, and then simply apply what you know multiplied by more.

1st off you have to do some exploring...im trying to get my ollies higher and i figured out that when i ollie from certain postions i might land a lil funny or not get it up (you landed kinda to the side) so best advice is bring your front foot back a lil more to bring the board up higher..make sure you follow up with your back foot and right after you look at your front foot to see if it stops at the bolts look at your back foot to make sure it does the same..keep your sholders straight
Practice stationary. Just try to pop the back up and jump as high as u can don't worry about sliding the foot it will come as a natural instinct to level yourself out then move in to moving
go down far enough to where your as low as possible but still have balancer and momentum and do everything at the same time. jump higher. and i way to help jumping is when you pop and slide, strighin your back little bit so your not so enclosed with it, and suck up your knee's hard

put ur front foot in the middle of the board so u can have more space and longer time to slide ur foot up towards the nose, this will make u ollie higher, and also, try popping harder and bend ur knees when ur in the air, suck the board up with ur knees.
Push ur back foot down harder and faster and slide ur front foot up, the bring up ur knees so the board can go higher. remember if u cant jump as high as u want to u cant ollie as high as u want to, u can only ollie as high as u can jump
when u pop the board jump with ur back foot as it hits the ground and drag ur flick foot up the board and u always do then bring ur knees up to give you a little extra hieght...
bring your front foot farther back so you have more room to slide up the board. youll have less controll but your board will slide up higher with your feet/make sure to get a good pop on the tail/work on just jumping cause the higher you can jump the higher you can ollie/and practice practice practice. youll get it man just keep workin on it
1st of all your bendiing over not crouching down you need to crouch down, 2nd try different foot positions, 3rd jump as high as you can when you pop and slide your foot
the way i got my ollies higher is make something that u cant ollie over. So in your mind your goin "ok i dont want to crash so lets try to ollie higher" and it worked for me
