I believe that God made you exactly the way you are and that he had a plan for you from the beginning. He knows you're bisexual and He made you that way and you're perfect in His eyes because He doesn't make mistakes. It's also said in the Bible somewhere that no matter what you've done or continue to do, you are forgiven if you believe in Jesus. There is nothing you can do that will make Him love you any less. Wow....there is no way that your sexuality has anything to do with your illness....I'm bisexual and I've know that I am for a very long time....you are defiantly not confessed..I'm sorry your parents are like that...my mom basically told me I'm going to hell for being bisexual

Hmmm, that is one of the many things I do not like about religion. I'm an agnostic and i'm bisexual. I think it's ok if you are a bisexual catholic. If god actually does exist I doubt that he would send anyone to hell for just being bisexual. And it's your life if your parents have a problem with you being bisexual, it's not your problem....it's theirs. & you seem old enough to be confident in knowing ur sexuality. I'm 15 and I know that i'm not just confused.

i think it's rediculous that parents are still playing the 'maybe it's a phase' thing, wow. well just to let you know, my mother used to be a nun, and of course she is very very religious, and she is also a lesbian!!! hahah i wonder if people like your parents and a friend of mine can wrap themselves around THAT. nothing bad against your parents, but ya i think it's sad that. so ya, it's stinks that people still aren't accepting. GAY NUNS ROCK!!! so there's a little validation for you. :)

God is love. there is no way he is going to send you to hell for being bi-sexual!! If you love God and love others, then i think your soul is in safe hands :-) no matter what your parents think! I hope you go okay at home - maybe try and forgive your dad for being so hurtful, especially as he's grieving right now? i know it's hard. hang in there. Can I suggest writing your parents a letter? It's something I've done in the past, and it's really helped them understand. hugs to you! xxxxxx

The church does not have any right to tell you who you should be. Believe has nothing to do with the church, so get rid of it. And seriously, I think it's your parents who need therapy. I can't believe people are so close-minded these days.

I seriously laughed at the title, since its so absurd. If one of the symtoms of BPD was bisexuality, then its still a part of you. SO not only are they wrong but I think theyre very narrow minded and hurtful. Many religious people are this way abut this subject, but they are redemiable. Stay strong, and prove them wrong. <3
