I love Chef Zakarian. He might not have the bubbliest personality but he's an amazing chef. He was definitely the most talented out of all the competitors on NICA.

While I don't entirely agree with this and would have preferred Chef Irvine or Chef Burrell (forgive me if I misspelled her name) Zakarian is still a good choice. He is an excellent chef; quiet and precise. Would have loved to try that Parfait Alex and Iron Chef Zakarian made.

Without a doubt Zakarian is talented, while he has the skill, sadly, it's his sous chef Alex that really stood out personality wise in ICA. Come on, talk to us, even morimoto says enough for subbing!

@luckyserene well if this battle proves anything is that its not about the amount of noise coming out of the kitchen. i really liked the personality of the challenger's team, and they seemed to have a great time talking and entertaining, but in the end Zakarian's quiet team smoked them in the scoring.
