Ok I think I got it! So if you don't have a mitochondrion or oxygen you can't make NAD+ ...so through fermentation we regenerate NAD+ by passing H+ atoms to the pyruvate to keep the glycosis cycle going. Does that sound about right? Grrrrr most of the help on here seems veg.

Wow.. I am not intending to offend someone, but her voice is quite intimidating. If there were easier explanation videos about fermentation (though I still don't get the full grasp of fermentation from this video), I wouldn't have listen to this.
