Oh, he really is a dream to ride! Today we did our first full-out gallop on a sanded trail for trotters in the area, and boy is he fast but so comfortable! I was trying to hold him back but there was no reason not to just try it and see how he'd be. The other Friesian we were with is huge so it was so much fun to feel Jouke getting stronger and faster as we continued. He was just so happy and let out only one really strong buck during the gallop just to let me know "yeehaw" :) Super fine!
