@Briefy09 I shot this video - they are chinese lanterns. I'd not seen them before I saw this and thought it was odd. Now i've seen chinese lanterns I know this is what I saw. I haven't been silenced by some secretive agency :) Now chill the fuck out!

I live in Leeds and I saw 2 very similar lights in the sky on Friday night that would have been the 20th of November 2009 .. they both hung parallel to each other before one went very bright then disappeared .. the other followed suit shortly after.. And this isnt the first time I have seen lights like this above Leeds

I saw one last night in Leeds. Anyone else?

I heard a helicopter, so I looked outside, and I saw one of these balls hanging in the sky. Perfectly still, but the chopper sound was moving around. The sound was coming closer and flying away, but this thing just stayed still.

Its the only time I can say I have ever seen anything unexplainable, ever.

i have seen a similiar thing yesterday (Tuesday 30th December 2008), Luton, got 17 pictures and a video clip..., i'll try to put a video clip later but i will post a video on pictures...

I will let you know, the ufo came in different shapes when i took pictures.

Please please please so a search for sky lanterns on youtube. Is this doesn't explain it for you go and buy some , set them off and see whether you think they look anything like this vid. UFO's are out there but any lights that flicker, float with the wind then eventually burn out or go so high you can't see them are SKY LANTERNS. I got some for xmas. See how many 'sightings' like this we get after new years eve!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw something else in Holland the 24th of december 3 or 4 orange lights in a half round proly i could not see the other half it was in Emmen somebody else saw orange lights? my neighbours saw it the next day after i saw it twice..

Visit the Yorkshire Evening Post website and do a search on UFO there are a few reports written about sightings in Leeds also in in! December 2008

seen the same thing in warrington the day after. there where 3 of them and then it was following by a red one that was slightly larger. all our power went out and my younger sister started crying for no reason... the next day our small dog was dead and my mom has had a headache for almost a week now.

I took the video above - it was around 6pm in the clarence dock area (behind reg vardy).

I'm pretty sure these lights are just chinese sky lanterns though - I am going to buy some and film again to see if the results are similar.
