Never expel flatus in your bunny suit. The only opening that it can escape is from around your neck, so it all goes right to your nose which is quite unpleasant.
20 minutes dang it took me 3 minutes top to put on the hair net, shoe covers, gloves, then dress into the whole bunny suit, and I am a big dude step your speed game up on getting into the fab.
Advice I give to everyone their 1st time in a clean room. If you THINK you gotta go then GO. If you wait till to HAVE to go then it's too late. I've had a few close calls working in the fab. :-P
try looking up the IBM law suit where 300 employees were exposed to carcinogens in their work environment. The big clean rooms are hazardous work environments: high voltage for instance electron microscopes with 3million volts, some systems with 600 amps, etching lasers, robotic systems that would crush anyone, chemical hazards such as hydochloric acid, hydrofloric acid, and not to forget silane which will explode with contact with the atmosphere,it has to be kept in a vacuum environment.
at 0:17 that looks like a 4-6 inch wafer. That technology is from the 80's and very dated. Nothing leading edge there. That clean room is rather substandard, the bunny suits are polyester instead of Goretex. Goretex suits are proven to reduce microscopic particulates. 1:13 that retard is actually touching the wafer, usually committing this act will contaminate the wafer and kill the die array. 20 minutes to suit up (1:30) 3-5 minutes is the norm.
it took all three of them 20 minutes that is including 2 newbies who never done it befor, also asuming the technology they are working with don\t require that kind of protection.
The rule at Texas Instruments and Intel: do not touch wafers. Only robotic end effectors: robot hands touch wafers. If a retarded operator (factory floor person) touched a wafer, I would then remove that wafer from the batch, put it in a clam shell case, and then send it to the analytical techs to review what contaminants were introduced. NaCl will kill a wafer and it will migrate. This also applies to DLP which is a DMD: digital micro-mirror device.

i'm not sure how effective a clean room really is, especially about the toilet part.
taking off the clothes there must be some time where ur not fully covered/protected =X

haha, I was kinda hoping this would be some documentary about the danger of clean rooms and how messes are better so I could get off of chores.
But this is cool too =]

true that could mess up the die but the whole thing is not part of the mirrors(it is not a computer chip. it's mirrors for the endoscope)
