this is so beautiful!!!!i want to learn how to model fondant but my parents wont allow me to go into a culinary school wish i could learn all this!!!it made me tear up!
@TheCraphater -- you don't have to go to Culinary School to learn most of these techniques - see if your parents will agree to a basic Wilton Course (usually held at your local crafts store) see if you like it, have a talent for it -- they are inexpensive and may be a way to convince your parents this is for you. p.s. there is a wealth of tutorials on most of these techniques online - good luck to you
