As a school counsellor, I can tell you that it is extremely easy to hate yourself when the world tells you that you are "not normal", that you're a freak, that you're less than human. That is why alot of gay teens commit suicide. They know that society will be against them and even their families. It is a sad state that our society can be in when we treat another human being in this manner. Good for JP! Maybe NOW he can be at peace and learn to love himself - truly love himself.
I've been there, I know what it like to be bullied and discriminated as a gay man, but I never hated myself for that.
The problem with JP is, that he's affraid of his family and friends to not accept, what he doesn't know is if they really love him - they will accept him. He was looking himself with peoples's eyes instead of his.
Well, not everyone has the same outcomes. My entire family are a bunch of Christian Catholics, so me having a warm acceptance isn't really gonna happen. This is especially because my mom has said that God comes first and then me, so if God doesn't like something neither does my mom and that's a fact, so it could be understandable that JP would act like this when knowing that everyone you love could possibly turn their backs on you.

Did anyone feel like that whole Instinct Magazine thing was completely set up? I have never felt like anything JDMA has done has been this over the top fake. His 'I,I,I Uh,Uh,Uh' acting was so bad. Granted, I know shows like that do it all the time, I just thought this was one of the ones steering away from that.
