his left hand fingering, so fast but so natural, remembers me something of heifetz playing. it seems that he's playing the most easy piece on the world...
I know he is great!!! You should hear his recordings of Sarasate and Ravel´s work. I met him when he was in my country playing a concerto with our orchestra. The audience went crazy and he played 7 encores!!! All like this!!! .....Oh did I mention...? he is a GREAT guy too, humble and very.....very funny!!!
This is playing with a direct link to a bygone age of fiddling. A complete commitment to his own concept of whatever he plays. That takes tremendous courage, in an age where a certain type of slick , cheap polish and sameness otherwise seem to rule. I can honestly say I have never heard another artist play this piece this way, and isn't that part of what live music is all about? AGAIN, BRAVO!
hes a good violinist.. but i dont like the way he moves his body while playing it.. its annoying.. makes the concert looks much harder then actually it is... >_>
Splendida esecuzione! Grandissimo interprete. Sensibilissimo artista. Straordinario musicista. Attento e fine esecutore.
you know, he is fantastyc, in my opinion he is actually better than some of the "great" violinist of this time such as renowed artist like joshua bell ore maxim vengerov
he is so much better than fantastyc
dude a violinst of a professional orchstra file is decent
this dude lives playing as soloist
dont posnt that comments
tha fame is not a matter of fact of how well you play think about it
L'interpretazione piu bella che abbia mai sentito dell' Introd. e tarantella. Krylov riesce a trasportare l'ascoltatore dal soffice clima dell'introduzione alla "tarantella". Fantastico
I play violin for a very short period. Less than 2 years. At the moment I am working on "Obsession" of the second Ysaye Sanata. Not on the Sarasate piece. Maybe next time.
By the way, I am NOT putting myself on a pedestal that I am better than Krylov, so I don't have to put my play on YouTube!
Have you ever heard that crunchy sound live? Can you play the piece at least as well? Can you play everything that in tune whereas even Perlman plays out of tune? Ask yourself these questions before writing your ridiculous grades.
Yeah, I know that Perlman performance, it's really stunning! Let's not forget though that this guy's career is not even a shadow of Perlmans. Krilov is really an amazing artist, he really deserves more people to know him!
Ingeniously playful, yet intimately clear. Such virtuosity is parallel. Bravo and thank you for bringing such gift to this world.

His bow hair couldn't handle the pressure.
Nonetheless, bravo!

Heartrendingly beautiful phrasing at 1:30-1:43. Just a magical combination of great glissando and naturally paced rubato.
