Animation wasn't that good, but the Sentry building scene at 1:11 and the Demoman at 2:04 were pretty funny. Also, while horribly out-of-scale with the Minifigs, the Sentry was pretty accurately built, so good job with that.

Nope, it's a technique. It's basically one photo taken for one image. You can then use any movie program to mount all the photos together and add sound if you wish. It's very time-consuming.
