@NARUTOxVSxPEIN That's not true. It's common knowledge that Kinko's and other card printing shops are willing to, and DO print Yugioh cards. They aren't responsible for what is being printed, they just print them. It's not illegal to have cards printed for personal enjoyment. As long as they aren't being resold, no one's breaking the law.
