They swear in thousands of immigrant new citizens ever day. You have to renounce your previous citizenship. You could get dual citizenship by marrying an American.
I haven't watched Edgrot's videos, but I can tell you the notion of Americans going around freeing the minds of the rest of the world is a sick joke. Americans at this time are about the most mentally enslaved robots on the planet. Killer robots, at that.

Ok as I review this again your reffering to laws. So it's really a understanding. You see the constitution 1776 was about men comming to the understanding ALL men where created equal. So they did not give us Soverignty the simply recognized it's naturaly inharent when your born. The constitution of 1776 was writen to free everyone in the world, but not by force. It was desined to simply inform common men and women that they did not have to live in tyranny but remem you will have to fight for it.

If you want to be a citizen you have to swear allegience to the usa but the catch is if usa went to war with your native country you would have to fight against that country if a draft was reinstated,but if you want to be a usa resident you don't have to swear allegince or be drafted if needed but you have less rights as a resident of the usa, such as voting.
