In my quest for a material that combines a good ratio of impact strength with its MoE combined wih bit of rigidity, I have found that 5 gal. buckets in 70 and 90 mil are so far, perfect for my bucket projects. please don't take offence by my butchering buckets but its better than seeing these beuties in some land fill wanting to be a little more than an old bucket. you said the material is a high density polyethylene. Don't think Ive seen a failure in normal use.
