How sad most of the dairy farms have disappeared, to be replaced with corn and beans and the poison douses and polluted water that go with them. Fortunately, organic is bringing health back to the land and food. In 1993 we had 28,000 dairy farms, now under 11,000. That's pretty sad, while the agri biz corporations made out like bandits. Wouldn't it be nice to go back to common sense farming and small farms everywhere? Don't worry, it's coming.
