I am obliged to agree with your sentiment concerning many of the occult practices and teachings. Within the construct of a self-serving paradigm it is often used as a method for justification and delusion. There is no one practice that I have identified that as a whole and in relation to all members does not have the mint flavor of self-service within it. My Dear Clearcutting when your heart is filled with unconditional love, compassion, and light you can see with your heart as well as your eyes. The analysis that Jesus was called the son of God really ment that Jesus was the sun of God, so Jesus never realy existed, fail to analyze than 2.000 years ago no one was speaking english in that region or in greece for that matter. I think that your view of lucifer is the view that has been taught to us since thousands of years ago. It is not easy to just drop all the negative beleives wich have grown with our ancestors including our parents.
