  • When it says do it 3 sets, does that mean that doing 10 reps on the one leg then go to the other leg and thats 1 set, or is that 2 sets?

  • @CallieeeKitty That is one set! So 10 on each leg equals one set, otherwise you would be uneven :)

  • I love this workout! When I'm tired but know that I need to stay on plan, this workout enables me to get in some exercises that easily flow from one to another. Keep up the great work! (My other favorite is the Secret Workout with a Celebrity b/c it is sooooo intense.)

    Couldn't guys do this workout too? Also, I have lower back problems. This workout should be able to help out with that too right? I mean, with the plank poses and such.

    I'm getting ready to go cycling and I think I'm going to warm up by doing these exercises.
