I love how this movie kind of breaks the mold with the conversations. It doesn't seem scripted and structured but genuinely candid. Not that this isn't a believeable story, but the fact that they are so in character makes it that much more real.

i think people got more impressed with the quality of the script. I mean, i didn't think cody had it in her, neither did the rest of the world. But martin scorcese is a great director and judi dench is a great actress, and they are not former strippers, and they're not good-looking. They get attention for the quality of their work too.
