hey ok, well I think the Penguins are a hockey team, and no my name isn't based off of them, and I don't really know where it started from, but I think my first Neopets account, like eight years ago was Penguin1124, and I use that for everything, 11/24 is my birthday, and I had to add 93 (year I was born) onto my youtube account because penguin1124 was taken. And yeah I wish I had talked to you sooner too!
