Just a tip for you, if you want to continue making tutorials:

You should put the sound in the beginning of the tutorial, that way we can see if we are interested in making it. I find it kind of frustrating sweeping around the video (especially if its 15 mins long) to find that 2-3 seconds u actually play the sound! Just positive criticism, gj with the sounds btw!

@MalleusDUB hi malleus remember i wrote stuff before, it sounds good man but instead of just having 1 clip in the beginning or even the end you should press space after you are making little shanges just to preview the stuff and changes that are made so ppl know they work in the right direction and dont miss out on anything its interesting to hear how it shapes the sound instead of just 1 final product :) i never use tutorial stuff and go my way but i still wach to see all ways ppl work in reaso

@hi3i89 he play's it right at the beginning and even if he didn't, it's the Xrated synth, you should know what it sounds like! + malleus is sick, it isn't gonna be off by a noticeable amount to the original sound.

I'm glad I didnt boorn with your ears, and when I wrote my previous comment I was just browsing around in his videos and in the other vids he played the sample waaay in the video, and not stating where he shows the sound.. you know 99% of the tutorials on youtube are crap, and you don't really want to waste your time listening to a dude who then shows you a crap "not even close" recreation.

@hi3i89 all I'm saying is you can trust malleus's tutorials are gonna give you decent tips, he's good at what he does. the only criticism i'd give is, instead of giving the comb away, show how he made it, that way you learn more and figure things out + it helps you apply the "how i made this sound" to other things and gives you a better understanding of, if i do this it will make this sound. if that makes sense?

also i got your datsik combinator working im wondering how i can add a sub bass that goes along with it, any ideas. Great sounding patch but when i listen to Datsik's ,(and i asked him two years ago before he blew up and he told me he always has a sine tone underneath it)

@MalleusDUB Funny thing is that your finished sound doesn't sound so spot on like sound during you showing how to experiment.

I found that I like sound from pulse (with right pulse length) and post processing with multi-band distortions

in several levels.

I always give out the bare bones of the synths and then its up to everyone else to have fun with them :) I spent maybe 30 minutes on making this loop so it wasn't a die hard "I have to make this sound exact or they won't like the vid!" Just a simple demonstration :)
