  • lol warboss tae is there a ape holding the book for you? lol your a hairy lad aint ya ?

  • @RyanRancidStaines I actually only operate the camera and narrate my videos, I have my Jokaero Weaponsmith do the page turning =D

  • Thanks for the reviews. I agree that Sigmar's Heirs is an awesome book. I don't have Uniforms & Heraldry (I play WFRP but not WFB) but you've sold me on it. It would serve as a great visual reference even for the RPG. Thanks again!

  • @Webhead123 Sigmar's Heirs is one of my favorite sourcebooks out there for WFRP, and even just for any warhammer ANYTHING player. Uniforms and Heraldry would be a fun little side resource to have at your fingertips. I must say, I really love WFRP 1st and 2nd ed, because as an infrequent player, I'm able to just immerse myself in the fluff of the books, rather than all the mechanics. I do GREATLY appreciate all your videos on 3rd edition, though. Thank you and keep them coming!

  • @WarbossTae Thanks! WFRP3 is not a bad game. 2nd Ed. is still my favorite edition. Still, it's the Warhammer setting in all its grim and perilous glory that draws me to the game. There's no other Fantasy quite like it!

  • I love these books and GW can make some amazing books with great fluff when the want to =D I was also completely taken back when you showed the Sylvania colours, it's inspired me to make a "Pre-Undead" Vampire Counts mini army! It's such a great idea and it's a massive shame know one has thought to do it before =(

I'm really looking forward to painting some of the ideas I've got though! I'm loving the videos and keeping well up to date on your dwarves, looking awesome =D Great Work =)

  • @TheDjs150 I love it! Yes, the Sylvania section did come as a pleasant surprise, which is why I would've LOVED if they showe conversion and painting schemes for each faction. Right now, just by looking at the book, its hard to tell if the red they use is a deep purple or a dark red. I would go with Dark Flesh, personally, but to each his own. I'm glad it inspired you to do a Pre-VC Sylvanian mini army! I was actually thinking of building up and painting one for a tutorial =) Best of luck!!

  • @WarbossTae The book does definately lack some models, which is a shame but a lot more work for GW I guess. Thank You =) I was wondering about the red, it didn't quite look right but I just assumed it was a dark red. In any case I'll get some test models to check which looks best =) I would love to see a tutorial of how your minis turn out if you do build an army! =D

  • This is sweet dude. I just played D&D for the first time this Saturday and if Warhammer roleplaying is like then, then please tell me so!

  • @verizonsucks1324 I actually love Wwarhammer Fantasy Roleplay (WFRP) 2nd Edition much more than D&D, but only with the house rules that my group used. The source books are fantastic (like this one) and there are a lot of great tomb diving adventures chock full of awesomness, some that I really like is Lure of the Lich Lord, where PCs raid a Tomb King's tomb built in the Empire aeons ago, and Thousand Thrones, a HUMANGOUS campaign that is full of awesomeness.

  • @WarbossTae 0.0

  • @verizonsucks1324 =D

I'm inspired to do reviews on those books now lol

  • @WarbossTae Do it! I really would appreciate it (and between you and me I might have an internet cookie in my possession with your name on it)

  • Nice book combo, especially like the cult fluff in the rpg book and the cross-pollination concept for getting the most out of your army with inspiring material. Glad to see someone mixing it up and finding gems.

My WHFRP is the original hardcover, from the dark ages when one weighty tome was all a gamer ever needed.. its my favourite fantasy rpg and I think the best game of the genre because its filthy and treacherous and a little tainted.

  • @Lostsoul1889 I got into WFRP right when the first ed was dying out, bought all my books at a HUGE discount from my hobby store, where they said, "Yeah, they stopped making books for them, there's no way I can sell these at full price anymore" Didn't even have a rulebook, and had to back engineer all the rules. Then another company bought out the franchise and re-released the first ed core rulebook and I thought "YES!"

Can't decide which of the first 2 editions I like more. Great memories.

  • Hate Hummies!

    Love review! =)

  • @bazZy33K Ha! Thanks =D

  • Nice review, can hear the roleplayer passion in your voice, reminds me 'of ol' days' lad. Not in the empire stuff personnaly, i'll look for the Skaven books for whfrp which looks really good too.

Anyway keep up the nice reviews, and stay away from finecast "it's ze evi with bubbles l i told ye"

  • @Uthnaar Thanks! =D

Had some great times with my WFRP first and second edition! I do have the Skaven WFRP 2nd ed sourcebook, and that's pretty awesome as well! I should've included it with my Skaven Uniforms and Heraldry review lol

    "FINECAAAST!"

  • Tobad aint other army's out :(

  • @Handegekke I agree =(

  • Heh. WBT has hairy hands like me! Heres to hairy hands!

  • @Bluecloudandrew The hair on me hands keep me painting bits warm in the winter! =D

  • I just ordered Sigmar's heirs online

  • @vivaladanisawsomes Woohoo! Congratulations, you'll be very happy with it, I think!
