Liebermann creates just the sort of music we need in America today to get the average listener interested in classical music again.
I only wish there were more recordings of his orchestral works. He's a master.

I just can't understand how you play the 'cristallino' from bar 35 so beautifully and again from bar 93....and how you bring out the melody is awe-inspiring. You really need three hands to make that sound but you do it like you were breathing and nothing could be more natural. I think this is the most beautifully phrased playing of any Nocturne by any composer I've heard.

Thank you for posting this enjoyable performance, and the other pieces from your recital. It is truly amazing to be able to experience in some way events such as this that I (from the UK) would never be able to attend in person.
