Simply answered- Yes. if a vulnerability exists in many cases this will not even work with IE.
This should be the first thing you try in pen testing. if this fails the next step would be to use the java applet tool in beef i feel that has a higher success rate if autopwn fails.
Is this going to work with browsers other than IE?
