Whatever their flaws, I think anyone whose risked their life and endured incredible hardships like the Pilgrims did, for something they believe in - has something worthwhile to listen to. Certainly, something more than I would know about in my first-world lifestyle. And I'd rather watch this than kill two hours having Hollywood try to shove more politically correct drivel down my throat.

This movie that he made is for the Republican Masses that want to convert to Libertarians and back to the forefathers of our nation that did good and bad. The bad would be enslaving others to build a nation, kill the American Indians that ruled this land before they arrived, and bring there religion to a land that already had one. I understand that they want to try to make a push for there agenda, but they are just going about it in a wrong way.

the Pilgrims were in the North, dear. That would be the liberty that set the blacks free. As for oppressing Native Americans, I'm sure you're living on land previously owned by Native Americans, too. Therefore, you and all of us are party to oppressing Native Americans. Just because you didn't 'steal' doesn't mean you aren't held responsible if you are holding 'stolen goods', right?
