Orville Small rumba class

The black dancer in this video is not good at dancing rumba. Is he cuban?Check out the video I've added. In the first part they dance AFRO CUBAN, in the second one the dance SON but at the time 2'10" they start dancing RUMBA GUAGUANCO.

THAT's RUMBA! he is Esmil Diaz, professor and dancer, and his wife (she's not as good as his husband)

@pitopito64 I'll take a guess and say no - definitely not cuban, and not rumba-guaguanco either. The American dancers seem to always miss the point..
