A back arch is the orthopedically correct way to bench. Having an arch helps your body stay tight while benching. You're probably the pencil neck I see at the gym benching with his feet on the bench.

it was a VERY loose f6. for example, i paused 525 before this and put the shirt right on and that was my next set. no boards right to the chest. i did the same for 3 after and then took the shirt off and did 585 to 2 boards raw pretty easy. 15 weeks from king of bench baby!!
