I'm seeing one tiny problem with this: you say "if you see it on another account, it's NOT stolen". What if someone reading this took that as a heads-up to steal it? Some person might see their stolen version before they see yours, and just think "oh okay this must be it :D". I mean, I know that's a long shot, and that it probably wouldn't work out too well anyway, because a quick look at the channel might show it's not yours, but you never know. -.-
