Not necessarily. Mizukawa, the yukata guy, is uke in more than half the CGs that he's in. And he's not even aggressive as an uke. It really depends I guess? XD He just looks really mean in the trailer.
There isn't really a "main character" in this game. The way that this game is set up, you can choose which character to play at the beginning of each round basically. (There's a couple other games where you can choose which character to play as well, in cluding Cafe Lindenberg, Wings Innocent, etc.)
It's produced by the company Cyn Rose to my knowledge. You can try Himeya to see if they have. Or try mirainoyume lj community. they have random uploads of bl/renai games, though you may have to ask someone to re-upload or whatever.
