  • was that a stuffed dog in a box at 6:21

  • Does City of Ryde use RL trucks to pick up Greens,Garbage or Recycling bins?

  • @Binboy97 Side loaders are used for garbage, recycling and green-waste. Rear loaders are only used for clean-up, bulk bins and litter bins.

  • ..gives me a hard-on!

  • Great job! These guys are awesome!

  • i love this show XD

  • best video yet of trash truck chasin i remember chasing the garbage trucks when i was 9 years old loved watching them pack appliances hearing the metal creak and bend hearing glass breaking it was just destruction bliss

  • Does this stuff get landfilled or incinerated?

  • @independs Landfilled

  • you should had out the stuff out a few days erly and put free stuff its much more greener that way

  • That was neat how at 3:38 the cabinet thing just exploded when the blade closed :) Something I figured I'd randomly point out amid all the madness..

Very well done part 2, can't get over how much of this people don't think they can donate..but as a driver all you're paid to do is collect it and persuading people to recycle/donate is not your problem and is too late anyways...which is one reason this would be so remarkably fun :D

But yeah, then 2 freaking DOORS right after that! (contd.)

  • (contd.)

I figured out recently that WM offers Spring and fall cleanups in Oceanside! Just gotta find some way to get over there during that time..

Wow, well what a great series it was Mitch, perfect ending too with him saying 'toodleoo!' !! haha, another fav, and of course gotta click the "like" thing :D Thanks for your effort into this!

  • @Trashman242 Yeh it was pretty mad ey, just a shame everything disappeared out of view after the object blew apart :/ Just seeing everything that gets collected, basically everything can get donated to charity or at least re-used/recycled... but like ya said, just paid to collect it hehe That'd be awesome if you could get the clean-ups in Oceanside - there have only been a few clean-ups videos posted from the US! Cheers and no worries... definitely the series I enjoyed videoing the most!!!

  • @MitchellM15 Well your title of "Best Cleanup Ever" was no joke, it probably WAS of all the ones you've gotten so far :) Either O'side, or Carlsbad (at which place trash already is 100% manual), one day I'll get it hopefully. If I can get ESD doing it that'd be wicked too, except their schedule seemingly includes only regions closer to downtown, far enough from me.....plus they probably have some supervisor (website mentions "inspection officers") around for the whole time though, kinda sucks.

  • Mitch !! Thought the next clean-up was due. That dude was funny! Both of them made all of that stuff vanish quick. As far as being the best yet, I'll say it's close between this one and the one where the dude was riding the skateboard. Keep em comin!!! Always fun to watch!!!

  • Thanks, they did work pretty quickly... get home earlier =] Yeh that was a classic with him riding the skatey hehe Plenty more on the way...

  • The guys are freeeeken awesome!

Haha when I first saw the furniture I thought it was just like 2 things then the truck kept moving and I was like WOW.

    HAHAHAHAH TOO DA LOO!

  • The end was great lol! That guy is hilarious, great vids.

  • Nice work Mitch, lots of big piles here. The guy at the end with the umbrella was funny. Looks like these two guys are a good team. Good to see that the other guy gave you some information about the contractor towards the end, maybe you will be able to use that later on for some more videos! Does this truck have a Cummins ISC 03 or ISC 05, because when it takes off, it has the turbo whistle of the ISC 05?

  • ISC 03, just more horsepower probs. usually RL's that do hardwaste with the Heavy Duty specs have like 310HP, dunno bout this one though.

  • also, a lot of ACCO's with the ISC 03 have a whistle, which i notice more than the one on the ISC 05

  • The ones up here in Brisbane with the ISC 03 engines don't have that whistle though. Only the new FL's up here with the ISC 05's have that whistle. But you might right about the more powerful engine, however I reckon this may have an ISC 05, just from the sound, the older ones don't sound like the newer ones.

  • Thanks. Really cool team here, seem to work awesome together - they put a lot of other drivers and loaders down with how fast they go! I'm probably going to go down there again eventually, but all the info I need is on Ryde's website - always fun in this council =] I sort of wonder about which engine is powering this truck...

  • ... it was made up around the same time as the side loaders which have ISC03's, but then it sounds exactly like the newer Manly trucks when revving during the packing and driving. These Manly trucks have ISC05's in them, so I reckon these Ryde trucks do too. If you compare the sound of this truck to the sound of the older Manly truck (which has the ISC03) in my last residential series, you'll hear the difference.

  • Yeah I know what you mean, it has the same turbo whistle when the driver puts his foot down as the newer ISC 05's. Simple way to tell is to look at the engine, I believe all of the ISC 03's were black, the ISC 05's are red.

  • I saw and got some photo's of 2006 JJ Richards ACCO/MJ JP5 yesterday. It had the old cab with the black window trim, so it was just before the last old 2007 model ACCO with the white window trim was released. The sound it made suprised me, it had the turbo whistle of the ISC 05's, but these older ones I thought didn't have an ISC 05. Then I looked at the engine and the engine was red, so it did have an ISC 05, which suprised me. But sounded really nice.

  • Yeh they must've introduced the ISC05 just before they started that white window trim. I don't know if the video's still up here, but I saw a video of an East Waste MkIV recycler on an Acco with the black trim, and you couldn't mistake the engine as an ISC05... sounded exactly like a GenV!

  • Yeah they must have, that really suprised me because I thought that it was only introduced in the 2007 models.

  • bloody heck mitch plenty to clean up there .
