both nancy and courtney do have alot in comment, i mean they both was natural brunettes, they dyed their hair blonde, was married with great rockstars like sid and kurt, they had a troubled childhood, had been diagnosed emotional illness, the only difference is nancy is the only one is gone, courtney is still alive, she has a band called hole, nancy was a punkrock groupie and they had also incomment for being a excotic dancer and a stripper.

Yeah she was a massive fan of her for some reason, there were quite a few rock star addicts who were really into the whole Sid and Nancy thing - Nikki Sixx was one. I think Courtney would have played her brilliantly had she been just a bit older . Reading books about Sid and her at the mo just finished the one by her mum, now readin no one is innocent by Alan parker and then got rock and roll star- if u can reccomend any others, let me know plz

well you've definitely gotten the best books on the subject underway. alan parker is briliant and such a wonderful guy! really nice. but if you haven't seen it yet, Who Killed Nancy? the movie would be the next stop. and, as a more side book, johnny rotten autobiography is interesting. he isn't completely correct on everything but still a great insight!
