on the baliyo website there are all the regular colored ones for 35 bucks and then there is a 10 dollar black one? Why is it only 10 bucks? Is it different from the other ones??
@The28thplatypus the black one is made of a slightly lighter and cheeper feeling plastic and has stainless steel weights instead of brass. I am personally not a huge fan but if your really tight on cash well... its there

$10 ones are made in china and have a generic ink refill, the $30 ones are made in the USA and use a fisher space pen refill

the only difference is on the second roll of the horizontal is when it is thrown out horizontally and brought back
