@KarenRebels Sun salutation is a Vinyasa. That means every movement is linked with a part of the breathing and consist of 12 postures (asanas) in sequence. What she did at the beginning, was to show step by step the sequence. And YES There can be diferent variations of the sun salutation, if you consider the transictions between the postures.
