Wonderful movie. It is very slow in the start, at first you may feel evewn bored but after that, after discovering vessel,m going in John's head... On of the best movies I have ever seen. Everything is perfect - from the idea to acting, scenario.

its funny how this trailer makes ther movie look "adventurous" when in reality its very uncomfortable. though i have to give props to kaufman for being a genius with this film and not filtering out what makes it uncomfortable. all the characters are very strange and really creepy. the only normal person in the film is john malkovich, and his character arc is really depressing. but i guess that makes the film more original though. thank you charlie kaufman. :)

Go check out the mini-series about Napoleon. John Malkovich plays the opportunistic 'Talleyrand' (the man who survived the french revolution as well as the Napoleon-era and all that followed). He plays a brilliant role. My favourite part (when he asks Napoleon about his ambitions):

"Yes, of course, there is glory...., but then there is money, too ......?"

Only for this line John deserves a statue! It always makes me laugh ........ Go check it out. You'll learn some history, too.
