awww, it's so horrible, that moment, right before she hands him the papers. He looks so hopeful and then, boom! E.J. is being so open and vulnerable in these scenes, but given what he did with Taylor, I can't blame Nicole, one bit!! Sad though, and what's coming with Sami... ugh!! Gag me.

I dont understand why writers need to write missing kids and dead kids stories when they have amazing actors who portray the hurt and love so wonderfully even in a short divorce scene!
