MJ, life was not great for me either from last year when my husband fell and broke his knee. Now, I am out of work. Just did not want to start telling you about my problems and get off the real subject of this comment. I did miss you but respect that you needed a break. Long story. It is awful not having the structure that I had when getting up and having to have lunch and snacks ready by 7 in the morning.
I am praying that a month following this video that you are fine. Linda

Just as you, I am unable to vomit – I thought this was weird. I know that our bodies are all so different, but I was wondering if you have heard of EGD with Sclerotherapy? I am in the process of working with my doctor in Atlanta regarding this procedure. I cannot seem to get back down like you have. But good luck! It's great to see you.

I also wanted to say...I'm currently 9 months pregnant and I have gained 45 lbs. which I was trying to stay below 25 which was not happending. I have allowed myself to start drinking soda and eating SUGAR (snacks and candy) and that is why I"m back to where I am. I'm really scared that it won't come off but after the baby...I'm going to jump on the wagon again full speed and I hope to see results like yours....so keep it up!
Hey girlie...I'm really glad that you're back on track. The thing that is different from before is that you realize and you make the effort change. I'm sure if this was two years ago...you would be doing all the same thing as in eating and hiding. SO there is growth going on and life is going to challenge you in every way and it's how you respond. I"m glad you're back on track...and will to start back up again.

So sorry to hear how bad the past year for you. My year has not been as bad but I lost my Dad this past April and I sort of fell off the plan after his death and have had a difficult time starting up again. I am only a year out tho' so I have not gained, just not lost. I worry that if I do not get back on track I will start gaining already.
It is great that you have seen good results by getting back on track and following the rules. Good for you!! Keep it up!!!
