I just don't like the story for this game. In my book, this game would get a 9/10 for the graphics, characters, soundtrack, and most of all, game mechanics. This was a fun RPG to play. I just really hated the story. I liked the story for Final Fantasy 6 and 9 better.

Don't assume I didn't like the game though because I loved the game for the same reasons I loved five, and five had a pretty bad story too. People say that the story is the most important part of an rpg. In my opinion, it is the experience you get out of an rpg that is the most important.

@FinestFantasyVI It really is hard when you use your Aeons mainly to defeat bosses. I suggest Rikku or Tidus with Hastega. I think you can slow him? I haven't played it in ages, so I don't remember much about it, but use Wakka and Lulu when he's far away. Use Rikku's Mix whenever you can, Wakka's Attack Reels if you have them. Probably don't use Kimarhi, not sure if Auron was any good or if his Break attacks work, so if not, mainly use Tidus, Wakka and Rikku. But switch around if you need to.

when i was close range i used Wakka and Kimarhi to blind him, Tidus would use haste,slow and attack and Auron Power Break

when he was far away id use Wakka and Lulu

Rikku only for healing them of poison breath with al bhed potion and thats still not good enough. He always gets close and spams poison breath and whats worse after evrae i have to watch out for dark aeons
