To be perfectly honest that was VERY slow im all for that go out with you mates and have a fun day riding buisness but tbh i wouldnt be having fun if i went that slow i think i would have to fall off the side of the north shore just to ammuse myself and the first downhill section is perfect for picking up speed just pump into lumps but you went like 2 mph down it and tried to air the lumps :/

Llandegla often seems like a nice sedate ride, but it's often in the most unlikely places you end up falling off. I've taken to wearing knee and shin pads even on the Red Route! I suggest you invest in a helmt first though!
