This woman did something extraordinary!Unfortunately, the human trafficking continues....it`s not Bosnia anymore but it`s Iraq,Afghanistan....which country is next?Unbelievable how humans can be evil!!!
It is sad that Mrs. Bolkovac admits that her motivation was just "doing her job." I'm I to think that if it would not had been her job, then she would have not done it??? This is a matter of humanity! NOT A JOB!
This is the kind of mentality in our society that must be ERADICATED BY THE ROOTS! We must FIRST be human beings before we can just "play a ROLE."
@starlitephi I agree with you. She had to had the heart to put herself on the line for these girls. Her job as a police officer allowed her to do much more than we can but she must search within herself n confess that she had the passion for it or else why lose your job over it? We truly admire what she did, absolutely!! but perhaps we would feel different about it if she said she did it bc she couldn't live with herself if she didn't do anything about it as a **human being.**
im sorry girls even sometimes us guys want our girls to have intelligence as well as beauty ...so hit the books and get that man or woman (it is 2011 after all) of your dreams....by the way Mr. Craig....you're one lucky bastard...
Good point, @mctantrum. People who have a problem with the word "activist" are buying into the definition advanced by the powers against whom action is taken.

I've recently saw the movie: it is a very serious, sad and important message. Congrats to all people that cooperate to make it.

Being human is everybody's job. Shouldn't be paid for that.

Using the power of the media to raise awareness of a critical yet under viewed issue. Weisz and Bolkovac have a great message.

Love how these little excerpts often turn me on to things I'd otherwise never know about. Thanks, Charlie (and gang).
