Why would you stage something that happens all the time. Have you never played the game? Headshots don't register all the time. Typically it is because of lag, but this was because the shooter was shooting from a small crack. The bullet didn't go through the crack, even though the trail was still displayed.

It is stupid to assume that you know more than "every idiot here".

That Banshee splatter seems to happen a lot, I know it happens to me every once in a while. But that sniper thing I think it's just lag or something but it's weird cause the game isn't lagging at all when it happens and I know it happened to one of my friends and he made a short clip in his file share and I watched it and there was no lag in the game at all and he shot 4 times in the head. And the next day or something, he told me that Bungie asked him to delete the clip.
