not exactly certain but the 2300cc engine in fe vx4/90s took 8.5 pints inc filter,then add extra for oil cooler and poss larger sump on the hs plant,i service plenty of them as a gm trained mechanic 1976-1998.hope this is of help??????.

Was under the impression the HSR had the same engine as the HS!!!

nice but i think the HSR's engine had a better noise however i love those rampipes :)
