Sprite 1. All though part of it is messed up (the head thing), it is more detailed.

The shading is great on both ends, and although it looks like a lot more details had to be accounted for in the first picture, the second one seems to have come together better. Except that wing-gill-fin-mane on the back, that's just for Gyrados. So that brings my verdict to...
